Oklahoma Access to Recovery Program

The Oklahoma  Access to Recovery  (OATR) program is part of a Presidential initiative to implement a voucher program designed to provide client choice among substance abuse services and recovery support service providers. The key elements of the Oklahoma ATR program include independent assessment, participant choice of service providers, service linkages with faith based and community organizations, and an electronic voucher method of payment.  A grant from the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) funds the program and services for qualifying individuals.   Oklahoma Access to Recovery intends to work in conjunction with the criminal justice system and other treatment providers.  We are currently accepting applications in only the following counties: Tulsa, Wagoner, Rogers, Garfield, Comanche, Lincoln, Logan, Pottawatomie, McClain, Canadian and Cleveland.
