 *Amount of classroom instruction required is dependent upon education level/classification

  • Provisionally Certified Behavioral Health Case Manager I must attend two (2) days of classroom instruction
  • Provisionally Certified Behavioral Health Case Manager II must attend one (1) day of classroom instruction (Day two (2) of training)
  • Certified Behavioral Health Case Manager III is not required to attend any classroom instruction
