Provider Performance Management Report (PPMR)
for Substance Abuse Agencies for Fiscal Year 2004

The information contained in this report was compiled by the ODMHSAS to provide treatment agencies with a tool for continuous quality improvement based on a range of indicators. The measures reflect treatment agencies' performance compared to the state average and a selected standard. The indicators are calculated by level of treatment; i.e., residential treatment, community living treatment, outpatient treatment, and detoxification services. Outcomes are categorized as “short-term” indicators, gathered from ICIS and client survey data, and “long-term” indicators, compiled from data gathered through other state agencies.
